Week 1 - Safety is sexy
The opening circle. An opportunity to be welcomed, in-person (& Live streamed), to Pleasure Within. Connect with other like hearted womxn and explore key practices that will help regulate your nervous system and identify your resources.

We can't lean into pleasure unless we feel safe. Week One will give you the tools to do just that.
Week 2 - Your cycle & pleasure
Explore your cycle and how it relates to pleasure. The truth is our needs and desires shift as we move through the four phases of our cycle. Explore what pleasure looks like for you, in each season.
Week 3 - Heart Matters
Lovingly connect to your heart, body and breasts. Behold yourself as you are guided through a gentle breast-massage and journaling session (in the privacy of our own home).
Week 4: Womb wisdom
Our womb is forever communicating with us. Do you know how to listen? This session will unpack the wisdom that is embodied in our wombs. We allow for deep listening, shares and intuitive movement.
Week 5: Pussy Power
The powers that be have always known just how powerful our pussies are. That's why they try to suppress this connection. This session is about moving through our cultural conditioning and praising the power of the pussy through playful and sensual practices.
Week 6: Cacao & Integration
Closing circle. We come together again, in-person (& Live streamed), to seal our journey. Expect a cacao ceremony and a weaving of the practices we have explored over the 6-weeks. We gather to integrate, share and connect with powerful heart-medicine.
We'll gather to explore these themes through:

What's the program's schedule?
Your Pleasure Within journey starts on Tuesday, Oct 5th and ends on Tuesday, Nov 9th 2021.

Sessions run from 7:00-8:30pm EST.
All sessions will be recorded with access to the replay.

Week One and Week Six will be held in person at Temple Mile End. These sessions will also be Live streamed and recorded for those who can't attend in person.
What if I can't make the LIVE sessions?
It's OK if you can't make the LIVE sessions, either because you live in a different time zone or have prior commitments. All sessions will be recorded so you can view them when is most convenient for you.
    What's the investment for Pleasure Within?
    Pleasure Within: a deeply delicious 6-week program is $444 (Early Bird Rate valid until Sept 28th 2021). Regular price will then go up to $555. In order to make this immersion accessible - you can pay in instalments. Please contact me for more details.
      What is the refund policy?
      There are no refunds, however your spot is transferable. In order to maintain the integrity of the group and keep the shares contained, you must transfer your spot before the beginning of the program (Oct 5th 2021). Please get in contact if this is something you wish to do.
